REQUIREMENTS
WHAT IS THE AGE REQUIREMENT TO RENT A VEHICLE? All renters must be at least 21 years of age for luxury rentals & 25 years of age for Exotics with clean driving records. (No major moving violations, DUI’s or similar infractions. An exotic may be rented to a driver under the age of 25 for a higher deposit + young driver surcharge of 20%.
WHAT IS NEEDED TO RENT A VEHICLE? All renters must have a VALID DRIVERS LICENSE. – A paper license is not a valid license. A passport or international license may qualify depending on verification. A valid credit card for the security damage deposit, you can use a debit card, but the deposit may be held longer after return. Full coverage auto insurance, we require your property damage limits to be a minimum of 100k for luxury rentals and $250k for exotic rentals. Recommended: Purchase a 300k Umbrella Policy.
WHAT IF I DO NOT HAVE INSURANCE? We do not sell insurance coverage for our rentals. If you do not have full coverage verifiable insurance, we cannot rent a vehicle to you. No exceptions! For vehicles priced under $30,000 there are damage waivers available thru authorized third-party companies.
DO YOU DELIVER? Delivery within a 25-mile radius of Elizabeth NJ is $150.00 each way. Delivery outside of the radius is determined by distance in miles.
HOW MUCH IS THE SECURITY DEPOSIT? For most vehicles the security deposit is $500 USD. For higher priced exotics the security deposit ranges between $1,000 to $10,000 USD. If paying with a debt card the security deposit may be higher. If you are under 25 years of age the security deposit is $1,000 USD.
CAN SOMEONE NOT LISTED AS A DRIVER OPERATE THE VEHICLE? Although showing up to a big event in a Lamborghini makes all of your friends jealous, you should abstain from letting anyone other than yourself drive the car. Even in the best of circumstances, accidents can happen and you don’t want to pay a premium on the insurance if it turns out you weren’t the one driving the car. Luxury cars also have incredible engines and can gain speed more quickly than people might expect, leading to incredibly dangerous situations. Help keep yourself and your cars’ admirers safe by making sure you’re the only driver throughout the duration of the rental.
UNDERSTANDING THE VEHICLE Exotic cars often come with exotic features, such as self-driving capabilities, advanced steering controls, and voice commands. Make sure to do your research before deciding which car to rent to avoid any confusion or hassle during your driving experience. The last thing you want is to get in the car and realize you have no idea how to turn it on. An easy way to avoid any of these blunders is to ask your rental company for an on-site walk-through of the vehicle before you rent it. They can show you all the important features you need to know so you can handle your car with ease. The security damage deposit ranges from $1000 to $10,000. This charge is authorized on your credit card. Deposit will be forfeited in its entirety if there is any damage to the vehicle upon return.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY? All reservations are final and can’t be cancelled. This is due to potential loss of rental we incur for cancellations. If you send a payment or sign an agreement you are agreeing to our terms.
HOW MANY MILES CAN I DRIVE PER DAY? Most vehicle rentals are allowed 150 miles/day. For exotic rentals the allowance is 100 miles/day. Additional mileage is billed anywhere from $3 for luxury and $10.00 a mile for exotics.
IS SMOKING PERMITTED? No, you will lose your security deposit if you smoke in the vehicle. NO EXCEPTIONS
RENTAL DURATIONS? All exotic and luxury rentals are priced by a 6 or 24-hour period. Other vehicles can be rented for a maximum of 30 consecutive days.
WHY DO THE BRAKES SQUEAK? Most of our cars use factory stock carbon ceramic racing brakes. The reason they squeak is because they perform best when they are hot (usually on a racetrack). Since our cars are used on everyday roads, the brake pads are much cooler and thus squeak louder than usual.
CAN I PAY WITH CASH? Yes, you can! However, to reserve a vehicle in advance, we require full payment upfront using a credit card, gift card, or Crypto Currency. When you arrive for pickup, you can choose to pay with cash, and your initial payment will be fully refunded.
ARE THERE ANY MILITARY DISCOUNTS? Yes, we honor those whom have served our Country. Both Active /Non-Active Military and their dependents receive a 10% discount.
DO YOU ACCEPT PREPAID DEBT CARDS AND/OR GIFT CARDS? No. All payment cards must have a chip and be attached to a bank account matching the name on your rental agreement.
