• The rented vehicle must be insured under the minimum limits of liability and property damage required by New Jersey state law ($50,000 for bodily injury per person, $100,000 for bodily injury per accident, $50,000 for property damage).

• You are responsible for all traffic violations, tolls, and any damages incurred during the rental period.

 

4. Payment Terms

 

Rental fees are due as specified in your rental agreement. Late payments may result in additional charges, including late fees and potential repossession of the vehicle. Please refer to your rental contract for specific payment schedules and applicable fees.

 

5. SMS Communications

 

When you opt-in to receive SMS messaging from 369 Exotics, you agree to the following:

• You will receive messages related to your vehicle rental, account updates, special promotions, and customer service communications.

• Message frequency may vary, and standard messaging rates apply. You can opt-out at any time by replying "STOP" to any text.

• By opting in, you acknowledge that 369 Exotics may use your contact information to send promotional messages and updates.

6. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disputes arising from these terms or related to the rental of vehicles, 369 Exotics follows a binding arbitration process. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the state of New Jersey. Both parties agree to submit to arbitration rather than pursuing litigation in court. Arbitration will be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

7. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform under these terms if such failure results from events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, acts of war, or governmental regulations.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of New Jersey. Any legal action arising from this agreement will be brought exclusively in the courts located within New Jersey.
